Bidra med feedbackI generally enjoy posting reviews of awesome places I’ve had the enjoyment of visiting BUT today I have to post a review on a place that wasn’t up to speed on it’s service to it’s customers. We entered the pub and a sign said “Please seat yourself” which we did, we sat in a section against the street that was quiet and enjoyable. And we sat there, and sat, and sat and sat. Fifteen to twenty minutes later I went down to the bar and asked where we could place an order. (the menus were on the tables and we previewed them of course, by this time we knew what we wanted to order. I was thinking at this point that this was an establishment that you went up to the bar to order as no waitress had come up too us despite there being 5(? different waitress/staff visible on duty . I was then informed that a waitress would be right up to us, so I went back up to the table and then a waitress came up and told us that we had to move because this area was reserved. (no, it wasn’t marked off We got up and went to where we were more or less directed (right in the sun with no shade and we again waited, and waited and waited. After about ten to fifteen minutes we gave up. No one appeared to take our order and no one seemed inclined to want too. We left and went elsewhere. I’ve been told that this place has good food but I can’t attest to that, but be careful if you go to this pub, you might not get any service. Oh and when I said something, it was obvious that management (or whoever it was I spoke with could care less.
