Taco Bell - Duquesne

Placed an online order and showed up to store 25 minutes after it was ordered where I met Amber. She refused to give me my food as she couldn’t find the order in the system. I asked if I could show her the order on my phone and she refused to look at it. She told me I had to leave even tho I had the order with order number, time and store location. She was an absolute troll to deal with. Disgusting customer service from Amber.

A long wait to get my order. Now a days they don't wait on the people that come into the restaurant first. You not only have to wait for the drive thru but also Uper Eats etc.

Just not a great Taco bell. Poor quality food, rude

I love the breakfast crunchwrap and the Cinnabon iced coffee!

This last time, I ordered the crave box...the chalupa shell was over fried and brittle, the Doritos taco didn't have the holder, the beefy burrito was all beans and the nacho fries were over cooked. This location is normally the best in town. Not
