Jack In The Box - DuPont

Overall, I really enjoy Jack In the Box. For its food. I mean where else can I get some tacos with my burgers. The manager for the Jack in the Box across from Joint Base Lewis McCord needs Jesus because for a week straight no fries, only taking cash. Which is why I drive an extra 2 minutes to the other Jack in the Box in DuPont. I drive all the way to DuPont's Jack in the Box because I really enjoy the food and their manager is keeping customers happy.

Food was awful. Staff was great. Food tasted like it was cooked in VERY old oil. Will not be returning to this location Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I would say that somebody Jack in the Box is doing the right thing and turning business around. They used to be so popular with me and then they gradually went into Decline and I just really started to lose interest in the quality of food and the employees weren't that great and they just turned into sort of another average place to get fast food and heartburn. But I think they're really treating it around now I've noticed people are a lot nicer that work there the food is fresher and my favorite thing is the jalapeno poppers you can't get him anywhere else as good as you can get jalapeno poppers and Jack in the box. And the one in Bonnie Lake they're so cool that they had a mistake order there and they gave me a treat and they didn't have to do that and I was doing deliveries for doordash at the time so that goes a million miles with me when they're so thoughtful and kind and generous to make a mistake into a good will gesture. So I only given four stars for now cuz they have room to grow but I imagine they're going to get five for me here soon.
