I have lost all faith, I use to frequently order from this Marcos location on Friday’s only. They have never failed to send an order with missing items, I got into the habit of calling to advise on remembering to provide all items ordered, and still they never deliver. I ordered for the last time recently, and of course, items were missing and they decided to cater to their roots and send an unsliced pizza.
Believe the reviews!!! HORRIBLE customer service. I work literally two min from this location and usually they are pretty good. This night i was at work and ordered as usual. Order pizza and a salad. I always order double or triple the croutons bc they make them homemade in oven and they are sooo good. Long story short i get my food pizza looks awesome, salad is made incorrectly and NO CROUTONS. Like i don't even want the salad if there are no croutons. You would think if someone orders double croutons that must mean they really like them. I would have expected a call if you had not a one crouton to serve. Inside i get an excuse about truck not coming with bread order. Who cares, unfortunately i paid with cash so i couldn't get instant refund manager MARCUS says i can just call and get a salad free next time I'm at work..... AND..... Of course I'm here at work today and I'm like let me order a pizza and oooou I can get my salad. But this time i call to make sure they have croutons and they do but T says bc MARCUS ISNT THERE TODAY and he failed to notate my order i can call back on Tues which is my off day. Wont be providing any more business to this location. Nor will any of my coworkers.
I’d hate to write bad reviews but the customer service system is nonexistent. Also, what happened tonight just isn’t acceptable and honestly I don’t think it will ever get properly handled so here we go- I just picked up my pizza today from the store and I’ve had the worst experience post the pickup. I’ve ordered a medium works and when I got home the box was completely soaked through so I couldn’t even properly carry it inside the house. When I opened the box the bottom of the pizza was completely soaked through it was wet, gross, and just not edible. I’ve called the store and told the employee what happened and he just scoffed at me and said the grease from the peperoni caused it. His tone was like “so what?” So now I’ve completely lost my appetite due to the gross pizza and the worse attitude I got over the phone. I’m going to stay away from Marco’s, and never going back, especially to this location on 4511 Chamblee Dunwoody location.
I stopped ordering from Marcos because the app is sketchy and no longer the efficient tracker like the previous app. Also, every time we've ordered a salad we've gotten food poisoning. The last 2 times we ordered online, it told us it would be 45 minutes, which is fine, but both times it was an hour and 45 minutes or longer. I could've gone to a restaurant, been seated, eaten, and been home faster and we never order on a sports/holiday night or an extremely weather awful night. The time immediately after the app changed, the delivery was over 2 hours, the driver forgot a pizza, it said he delivered it 20 minutes prior to it actually reaching out door incorrectly. The price point, wait time, and sketchy app have made us break up with Marco's.
