Blue Manna Bistro - DUNSBOROUGH

We were already familiar with chef Coby's fantastic Asian fusion cuisine, so we decided to give Blue Manna a try. The restaurant has a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere with an open kitchen. Despite sitting outside on a windy night, the heaters and lap rugs were a lifesaver. The restaurant was nearly full on a Tuesday night, and the service was prompt and cheerful. The waitresses were knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list was sufficient. The food was incredible! We started with the truffle butter and bread, as well as the prawn-stuffed fried chicken wings, which were a favorite of ours. For our main course, we chose the fish of the day - a beautifully cooked gold band snapper with an Asian fusion salad and an amazing sauce. The dish also came with potato cakes, which were delicious but unnecessary in my opinion. Overall, it was a wonderful evening and I highly recommend Blue Manna. We will definitely be returning.

We are visiting from America and found the food at this restaurant to be excellent, receiving a top rated 5 stars! We especially enjoyed the squid, scallop pot stickers, and baked oysters. We highly recommend both the food and the service. This restaurant is a must-visit in the area.

Wow, what an amazing experience! The service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful - when we were feeling a bit chilly sitting outside, they brought over two heaters to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning without any hesitation!

So, after hearing all the hype about this joint we found ourselves there tonight for a great friends birthday. Verdict? Gobsmackingly amazing food, great customer service with an abundance of personality. The only negative I found was my frustration in picking what food to settle on. Will we go back? Damn straight we will, many times over. Dunsborough has a gem in town so do yaself a favor.

Have wanted to try this restaurant for a while and we weren't disappointed. The smell of the food when you walk in the door is amazing. The portions of food are huge and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were both polite and very knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be visiting again the next time we are in Dunsborough.
