South City - Dunedin

The decor is not amazing, but the service and food more than does it. The southern city tofu is so incredibly delicious, It is a must have dish!. The owners are very courteous and very polite. I wasn't disappointed.

Big size, value for money and good taste. Ordered fried rice and enough for 2. The seafood noodle soup also good. Will try other dishes.

I tried many new things on my visit here and was pleasantly surprised. To those who haven’t tried, you needa have the tripe. Looks and sounds strange, tastes amazing. This is a great place to eat. The service was excellent the food well priced. We were made very welcome. For large family gatherings, it is important to book in advance. Kids are not a problem, even if your youngest is only 1 year old. Thank you!!

Family dinner place. Good chinese food for whole family. Home made egg tofu in sizzling pan is a must order dish.

We often go there when our friends want yum cha. Personally we love fresh Tofu, very soft, delicate taste which we don't get anywhere in Dunedin. Service can be slow sometimes when especially people on tour are there having lunch, but overall okay. We ordered Long bean dishes as well as noodles and both are nice.
