What an adorable wee place! A very cute, vintage sort of aesthetic and lovely polite servers, this is a very pleasant place to go. I catch the bus right outside (very convenient! and I find it's a great place for a filling snack with reasonable prices. Would recommend!

Reasonably priced, filling, flavoursome and genuine food with the genuine friendly service to match. Do yourself a favour and get lunch at Johnnie’s, or as I like to call it El Flavour Town!

I can not recommend this place more highly! The food is phenomenal, and I dare anyone to find a better jalapeño cornbread. The staff are so friendly, and welcoming. The love shines through in the cooking. As a native Texan, my heart was so happy to find a taste of home. If you haven't already, head down and get a taste of Texotago. You will not regret it, and I reckon you will be back for more!
