New China Town - Dundee

We ordered two 5 items munchy boxes by china town ordering app, used code lovechinatown to get 10% discount, including the delivery fee will finally cost us £25. we must be worth every penny! best chinese in the city without doubt. eat on Saturday evening, omg, quickly delivered, popping hot. all freshly cooked, taste great. definitely recommend. so happy and happy dundee has china town. you have to try really good, totally amazing!

This place does a really good satay sauce and spring rolls, but that's the only good I can say. We've ordered from them multiple times and we've had everything from missing food to food arriving 45 minutes late. And by arriving I mean I had to leave my flat, go outside to the edge of my street and wave the driver down. That was after speaking to the just eat team and getting them to call the owner as I've never had them answer their phone. It's reached the stage now where we won't be ordering from them anymore. If you want to risk your time and money you can. But we won't.

Asked about a munchie box and was a cartoon not a box they have can 't post the picture but a box it a box not a tub,asked if it was in a pizza box and no in a curry tub,oh 5 lol

Been using China Town for a few months and never been disappointed until tonight! Prices appeared to have doubled £41 for 3 meals, rice was missing. I called to complain and repeatedly told next time . Sweet and sour chicken was hard and couldn 't even be chewed so whole portion binned!!! Definitely won 't be back

Very disappointed with the receptionist guy in this takeaway. He's very loud, rude and doesn't care for his customers. Customers always right is not what they go by in this takeaway which is a pretty crucial part of running a business....make your customers happy. Every time I come here the order is different each time. I always order the sauces separately due to strong allergies which could be triggered by spices in the sauce. However my girlfriend really likes them so we ask for them in a separate container so we can both enjoy the food how we want it. In this Chinese we got shouted at due to having the sauce in a separate container even though we pay extra for it. Very rude and no care for the customer or people with food allergies. My friend is Muslim and only eats halal food and he called up one time when trying to order food and was told they fry the meats in the same oil and pans. He also got told vegetarian options are also fried in that same oil with the meat. Be very careful when going here highly unrecommended. The inside of the restaurant also isn't very clean and could be the cause for numerous stomach problems throughout our time going there. After a doctors visit they filed a form about potential hygiene risks of various places we have eaten. BEWARE!
