Need a lower score for these amateurs. ordered by only eating at 18:30 clock, delivery time 1 hour. 7:50 pm cried and kerl said he was just looking for the drivers right now, giving him a chance to sort. phone back at 8:07 clock and the guy naked faced me lying and said eating is already abandoned. again at 8:30 a.m., 2 hours after the order telephoned and they refuse to answer the phone, constantly rings for 30 minutes now. asked to eat for a refund and even only eat it said 's on the way and will be there at 9. bunch of gorgeous chancellors. by ruin their night avoid

Well wasn't this fun well the sorbet and the gateau didn't arrive we phone the store only to be told that the whole order went out with the driver so they are either putting iced products in a hot bag or the drivers are helping themselves and also to be sworn at down the phone when it's your customer service that is a shambles and it's only a Monday night no students or big nights out to make such a simple mistake I'd say do better but ha place is a joke

Ordered 2 milkshakes through just eat, it said that they would be delivered within an hour.... More than 2 hours later, it hasn't arrived, can't get through on the phone, and now have to try and get a refund. Not worth the effort, go somewhere else and save the hassle. If these guys cared about their business they would look at the reviews and try to change this.

Been waiting almost 2 hours for 2 milkshakes, tried phoning them to find out if we were even getting our order but gave up after the 6th attempt at no one picking up. Just hoping it comes soon cause we want to sleep : Not worth it for the time it’s taking to get here, just don’t bother ordering from here..

Ordered at 3:20 am arrived at 4:50 it was late so I couldn’t argue but the chips were burnt to crisp kebab was colder than the ice berg that titanic hit very very disappointing
