Tim Hortons - Dundalk

Long weekend means long lines. Pack your patience. Staff and products were great!

The place is okay, staff is super friendly but the drive thru is always busy, slow to deliver and the order is 30% of the time wrong unfortunately

Although I do recommend Tim Hortons my experience tonight was awful. 9:21 pm Dundalk, ordered 3 extra large coffees. Sat 14 minutes in Drive Thru. Not once did the order window open. And at the 12 minute mark realised they were just putting on coffee. Terrible customer acknowledgement. Drove away!

I wish I could just zero rate this place. They are not eligible for one star as well.Worst customer service ever I received. We were in total 10 friends, ordering pretty well order. One guy took our order, then messed up with the whole order. Everything that we order is wrong when it comes to our hand. We ordered hot chocolate, they didn't gave us at all. We ordered jalapeño bagel where they didn’t put anything and gave us burned one. Didn't agreed to change and make fresh one. To avoid that situation the manager told us that the bagel is not available now. The whole team were so rude.At last they mentioned that you should have not order this much. I guess Tim Hortons are now not able to prepare perfect order above the range of $30-$40. So guys I recommend to go somewhere else and avoid Tim.

Been living up here for 6or7 years now and never not once have they screwed up my coffee.......and they do a good job with food orders aswell but not so much on the weekend probly to many customers
