Sonic Drive-in - Duncanville

I had tater tots! It so cool that they still sell them! This location seems to have fast working smiling team members? I visited one in another area and because of bad waite staff decided to go to their drive thru. Thank goodness they had one. This location is much better! I will visit this location when I am in the area doing my monthly store visit!

The app was not functioning properly. The payment portal was inactive. I asked if drink price could be adjusted. They were unwilling. Food usually comes w/a longer than expected wait and is subpar at best.

I pulled up at 10:03 the young lady answers the button and says hold on, 12 mins later I push it again and tell her I just want 2 bags of ice she says ok we wait another 10 minutes nothing like WTH. At this point it’s 10:26 and no ice this is out of line folks where pulling up and ordering ice shakes and getting they order before me!!!! Poor service at its finest
