Mcdonald's - Dumfries

The young man who took our order was very polite and patient. My 87 year old mom, she has alzheimers, does not remember all the chocolate shakes she's had in the past. She LOVES that delicious chocolate drink. We will get her more.? the chicken nuggets were also called delicious. Our chicken sandwiches were good. Fries were nice and hot.

Go here often as my young child loves their fries. As far as food it’s McDonald’s. The restaurant has always served hot food with no issues.However, the service is top notch. Once I chose the wrong pick up option in the app during a busy period. Ran in and they quickly made the change and provided the food.

I had a craving for a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin so I stopped into this location about 10am, midweek. They were not busy at that time. I placed my order and received my meal in just a couple of minutes. The restaurant was modern and clean. I observed that most of the bench seating was showing signs of wear and should be repaired or replaced relatively soon. My McMuffin meal was $6.37 and it was worth every penny! Just look at the pictures! It looked good and it tasted good! Just writing this, is making me want to eat it again tomorrow. My only complaint is that the customer service could have been better. They weren’t rude, but they weren’t particularly friendly either. But honestly, even if they were rude to me, I’d probably still return because that Sausage, Egg and Cheese McMuffin was money!

Here i was Starting my afternoon with some comfort food only to open my quarter pounder to find that there was basically nothing on it. I basically paid for a pickle because what is this… seriously. I would Love my money back at this point. Worst lunch ever.

It's one of the best McDonald's I've been to. They just were out of tea and milkshakes at the time I was there.
