Lab-as Seafood Restaurant

If they are looking for a place for a comfortable encounter or connection with friends with less noise, this is a place for them. I brought my priest friend here, because at least at this place we can talk to less people and the ambiente is very good. I have been eating here since 2010.

Lab-as means fresh. the food was cooked, but less in the season.

We were in dumaguete for a short visit and decided to try this restaurant after we walk around in the opposite. we ordered their Dumaguete Express and oh my what a tasty bite! the squid was boiled to perfection, not gum-like as some put it. if they like seafood in kokosmilch, I would definitely recommend this dish. the pig bits were nice and crispy. I think there is a possibility to replace it with crispy garnel instead. the mamsa was also very tasty (talakitokfisch in tagalog.) the eating takes a dae to get out, so they try to come when they are not hanging.

An absolute favourite in Dumaguete and I can't wait to return to enjoy the fabulous food, lovely atmosphere, great and super friendly service. Down to earth and simply delicious!!

Serves Filipino food. Have outdoor seating and indoor with AC. With ample parking space.
