Bidra med feedbackIf you are a franchise then YES you do have the right to participate or not in the Corporate Coupon Deals. But to pick and choose which coupons you will honor is totally wrong. Was told today that they would not honor the buy 1 foot long and get the 2nd one for free but they would honor any of the other coupons that were listed on the sheet. No, either you're fully in and vested or you're not. Strike 1. I was extremely hungry so I was still willing to get a sandwich since my lunch break was about over but was then told they were out a wheat bread. Strike 2. And the white bread didn't appear to be fresh. Strike 3. In the end left frustrated disappointed and hungry. Will not be back ever to this Subway again????
I will never visit this location and I used to visit them almost 2-3 times a week. I visited them today to pick up lunch and everything was fine until they started making my sandwich, I told them I wanted olives and they started counting olives one by one I told them to put more olives you know like how they used to fill the sandwich with olives in the past and they said new rules they don?t do that anymore. So on top of them not honoring many coupons and on top of them rising up the prices now they are counting how many tiny olive rings they put in a sandwich? They just lost one of their long time customers.
My wife and and came to this location on 24 May. Michael and Connor are sandwich artists conisourres. Very prompt neat and professional.
I tried to use the discount coupon delivered to my home, but I couldn't. At least if there is no notice stating that coupons cannot be received, it is an act of mocking consumers.
I come here once in a while for my lunch break and I never had a problem until today. I gave the employee $100 bill to pay and she said she doesn?t have change. Then later she gave me change with a bunch of $5 bills and I?m ok with that. I just didn?t like the fact she had to shake her head and make me feel embarrassed. I have worked as customer service for about 9 years and I have never shook my head when customers gave me $100 bill even tho I didn?t have a lot of change because it happened when we opened the store.
