Bidra med feedbackThe lobby is permanently closed, only passing through. drive through takes about 15-20 minutes per customer, and the bad construction of the journey through lane means any kind of line will block the entire parking space, and the lines will be extremely long given the excessive time per customer. there is also a very large pothole right in front of the drive through the window that they cannot avoid when they pick up their smoothie. the personal is amicable, not exactly the kindest service, but in the regular polite. this smoothie king really needs something refreshing/redesigning, maybe rent enough people to actually open the lobby, clean the place up, reorganize the drive through, etc. the smoothies were always quite good, but the experience of buying them leaves much to be desired.
This situation is by far the worst thing I have done. it is unlievably slow. when I order an online order in, I don't think they start to make it until I arrive. I'll wait 10 minutes as soon as I get there. once I have preordered and was the only person in the line and it took 10 minutes to get it as soon as I came there and there were 3 people working! only lazy in his finest.
This locations system is literally always down. I keep trying to give them a chance because they are the most convenient but I’ve been 5 times and each time the system was down. What’s the point of this location even being open.
Not good. I frequently go to smoothie kings and my gladiator smoothie was so terrible. I couldn’t even finish it. It had such a bitter horrible after taste. To top it off, I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for a terrible smoothie. Will not be returning to this location.
We showed up at 6:18 pm and were told they were closing in 10 mins and only taking online orders. We said we would place an order online and they said there was not enough time to make our smoothie… also it said online they would be open until 8:00 pm. Very frustrating experience.
