Bidra med feedbackWe ate at the hibachi.The food was good. The cook and the server was great! They were short staffed unfortunately. It seems some things suffered however.there was a worm of some kind of my drink .I sent it back no one really said sorry or anything. One of the other people found a dark hair NOT ONCE but twice in thier food.the sushi tasted like pate.the dessert and black fried rice was yummy.One of the other people sent thier drinks back due to tasted like medicine.I tried it
So a group of 6 (myself and some colleagues) decided to come in for hibachi to celebrate a birthday at lunchtime. Upon entering, several of us noticed an unpleasant smell like it wasn't very clean, but nothing overwhelming. We were told that hibachi was closed because they didn't have a chef available and instead all 6 of us were crammed into a booth (not the best under current health crisis). We would honestly have gone elsewhere at this point but we didn't have time to
Typically we have a great experience here, but this one was awful. Ordered through DoorDash. 2 dishes for me and my buddy. Missing fried rice, only 2 pieces of beef in my buddies Bento Box. Restaurant unwilling to do anything about it, and the ?manager?, or the manager on duty, was absolutely useless. Oh yeah, and the green beans were raw. How hard is it to cook green beans for a minute or two???
Beef bento box came with 2 tiny pieces of beef, missing fried rice, sauce and half of my miso soup all over the bag covering everything. Called manager, he insisted that the fried rice was in the bag and there was nothing he could do, and the bento box comes with 'less ' beef Plain and simply put, if the amount of beef in my bento was standard it should be called a vegetarian bento box.
Been here a bunch of times and it?s always solid but this last time we went for a birthday dinner the staff was fantastic. BEST hibachi chef EVER!
