When we got through the road, they told us they had no burgers. no burger at burger king? no problem if you only look for a cone. then she says they don't have cone, so we said we'd take it in a cup. then she tells us that this is "real soft". She said it wasn't fat at all. in the round do everything possible to stop us from getting something. save you time and money. go into the eastern duluth position if they want burger king in the opposite. this clearly does not want their business.
I was in a lot of burger kings and this has simply the worst customer service / food quality I have seen, personal is in the usually rude. Eating is sloppy and accusations are often wrong unless it is the only thing that is open to time.
In the lobby by 1-2 clock on Monday afternoon 3 weeks in the row and it was closed. the third time I saw a hired and asked when they had their lobby open and said they were just short workers, but I could go through the drive-thru. why does her online info say that her lobby is open? Why would someone feel safe to go through a car ride? when someone moves behind me, starts to honking and gets mad at me because he's in the drive-thru, I don't expect the BK staff to move back when they're so short that they can't ring me in a pos in the lobby that's 10 feet away from their drive-thru window.
That is frustration in this restaurant and they can tell how the personal interacts with the customers. they only remember many of us who don't like our jobs, but we don't take it on others, just because of this fact. only my two.
DO NOT GO HERE. Served me food I’m allergic to after asking for a plain cheese burger then waited 20 minutes on the phone to call and ask for a refund at least and she said “there’s only 2 people working here to do all the work” and hung up.
