SAVIA - Duitama

I love this restaurant! I'm vegetarian, so I'm sniffing Vego restaurants like a falcon. You have some chicken and fish options (no red meat), but I recommend the vegetarian choices. I had an amazing pasta with artichokes, zucchini, olives and mushrooms... and a beautiful flower of lemonade to drink. It may not be the most authentic Colombian food, but so delicious and made with love. The restaurant also sells vegetarian and organic handmade products such as jams, preserved vegetables and chilis, soaps, dry pastas and hand creams. Located in a beautiful courtyard of Plaza Mayor, surrounded by some other restaurants and bars, it is a large small complex called Casa Quintero.

Every time I visit Villa de Leiva, I consider a good meal in this restaurant owned by a local woman who decided to offer the traveler organic food, prepared with well selected ingredients, most produced in the region. I know that she decides well and... the know-how after six years catering the demanding amount that this city visits or lives in it.

Excellent food and service. Nice people... nice food... what else can you ask? Wide range of vegetarian dishes and other meats. The atmosphere is a reflection of the beautiful city. You can also buy organic products and other health food... in small business.

No hay plato que no valga la pena. Pero yo comiendo el Brie Con Mansana. Tienen un mercado de cosas saludables muy bonito y muy completo. El jardín es espectacular, vale la pena conocerlo.

Soy cliente habitual. Me encanta la creativa comida y su saludable concepto. Los felicito por el cambio de sede, una bella casona, amplia y deliciosa, que resalta todas las delicias que se encuentran en Savia. La tienda, divina
