6 people. we waited for an hour to serve fried pan snitchel. When they brought it, it was almost burned. we are not coming back.
Visits 3 times in 2019, always satisfied. Prepare to meet huge chipboards with own beer!
My visit to Duisburg was rainy and cold, but the Webster was bright and warm. Their dark bock was malty and nicely spiced. Their schnitzel was crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside, and perfectly topped with cooked mushrooms and hollandaise sauce that I would eat by itself with a spoon. The thick cut fries were cooked to perfection. The cabbage salad was... Well I'm not really all that fond of cabbage, so it was just sort of there, but I was so happy with the rest of the meal that I ate it anyways. This place was everything that I dared to hope for.
All the beers are made in-house, I tried two and they were very good. They also have events for tasting, but you have to make a reservation for that. We ate pork knuckles and beef and they were both very good. Prices are normal for Germany, could be expensive for people abroad.
