New Turkish restaurant in the old water tower in Duisburg-Hamborn. This is where the owner made some money. Beautiful ambience on the ground floor of the water tower, with large outdoor beer garden and water trench, including water games. There is a café opposite. Unfortunately, the parking lot is limited, but there is a parking sign. Due to the lack of space you can park directly in front of the restaurant. For guests who need to sit outside, this is not so beautiful because you feel that the thick BMW, Mercedes and Audi would park directly at the table. When I visited it in mid-October, the restaurant was very busy, unfortunately we had to sit outside! Everything seemed a little chaotic, but I can now understand NOCH. It takes a while to get a new restaurant. Unfortunately, the promised heating mushroom did not work. After some time we got blankets. The waiting period was short, despite the high participation, and the service was very attentive, but unfortunately the wrong drink was given to me. When my friend had eaten, the eggplants listed in the menu were missing. My food was hot and very tasty. The restaurant has, as I said, a beautiful ambience and we will surely come back. I hope that the bugs will be fixed and the quality of the food will remain good. I'd forgive 3.5 stars, but that doesn't happen. Since the restaurant is new, I turn to 4 stars.
