Il Mercato - Düsseldorf

Had a great dinner at this Italian restaurant in Dusseldorf. Service was great and food very authentic for Italians in Germany

I searched out this restaurant due to other reviews on Trip Advisor, and glad I did. It's hard to find (at least for me) and is right next to/behind What's Beef.It's a small room restaurant with maybe tables, but it is very clean,...with a menu of salads, house made past dishes, meats, and they serve alcohol. The lighting is nice, low key music, and great service, I had a very decent Chianti at € a glass. Would high recommend. Per their website, they are open for both lunch and dinner.

I wandered into this place on a walk from the Radisson and was rewarded with a very nice meal. Good pils, very good carpaccio and a delicious grilled fish dish. I finished my evening off with homemade tira misu and a cappuccino. I'd love to...come here again. Small place with really nice service.

Il Mercato is a small restaurant specializing in pasta dishes (Freshly made pasta on the premises), the weekday menu changes weekly. Steaks (Rump or fillet) are also available as are fish dishes. The service is friendly. Busiest time is weekday lunchtime (11:30 - 14:00)
