The Meadowlark - Dudley

Just popped in no reservation, we had a voucher to spend from Christmas. Really really good food , we ordered loads of starters. I would definitely recommend, the only thing was what time the kitchen closes , it needs to be more clear .

Been here twice in the past week for the sizzler meals with Groupon deals. Have to say they were fabulous. First time I had the salmon and then had the Jerk chicken skewers. The mushroom starters were fabulous too. The meals were served fairly quickly and the staff very pleasant too. We will return soon!

The staff was so rude towards my family because someone on the same table had the wrong meal so when asking for the meal that was ordered the female staff member began to argue and swear at my family member. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I will never visit the pub again.

2 hours waiting for food on a Monday night. Complained via the online portal and not heard a thing! This was 2 weeks ago. We live very close but won’t ever go again! My loaded surf and turf wasn’t sizzling nor did it have a tomato or onion rings as per the menu! Inedible food! Vile atmosphere with people drunk and swearing and drugs being used in the toilets!! Needs to be closed down and new management bought in asap!

Arrived with a friend around 4 pm. Was told as we sat down that the kitchen was closed for an hour. We said OK we would have a drink while waiting. Waited an hour then asked at the bar if the kitchen was open now only to be told that we could only order food if we had pre-booked our table. We had sat there for an hour drinking, expecting to be able to order food. If we had been told this from the start we would have gone somewhere else to eat instead of wasting our time.
