We visited the Ameena recently and from the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. You could tell it was a popular spot by how busy it was, but this didn't stop the prompt service and attentiveness of the staff. The food was very nice and the portion sizes were just right. There's a good variety to choose from which includes the classics and also some different dishes for anyone a bit more adventurous or wanting to try something different. It's a great place for a meal out for two or for big family gatherings. Parking options are unfortunately a bit limited, but this wouldn't stop me from visiting again.

Delicious. One of the finer nargis kebabs! Sorry but no photos. Thrust it all into my face-hole much too quickly. Perhaps next time. There will definitely be a next time. Update: there was a next time and it's still wonderful. Run by the same family since 1974, 50th anniversary next year. They're not just doing something right, they're doing lots right.
