Spice Village - Dudley

We used to dine at Spice Village regularly before the lockdown and always enjoyed our meals. We never tried their delivery service because we felt we lived too far away. However, tonight we found it on Just Eat and decided to give it a try. After being disappointed by meals from other restaurants during the lockdown, we were pleasantly surprised that our meal arrived on time and was delicious, just like if we had dined in the restaurant. We would definitely recommend it.

We have been going to Spice Village for years and have always had a great time. However, our most recent visit was disappointing. The bhuna lacked flavor and texture, and the bhuna in my sagwalla seemed to be precooked. Unfortunately, I was not a fan. While the naan bread was fresh, it was bland and lacked spice. Overall, I felt like the meal was lacking compared to our previous experiences at the restaurant. It was not up to par and I don't think it was worth the price. We left feeling unsatisfied, which is rare for us.

On a Saturday, marching early evening at 15.00 clock, just eat has ordered a carry order. the delivery was on pm and the food was understandably cold. in the meantime, when we tried to follow our order to about pm, we said that the food was delivered. we had already paid and could not cancel. we felt frustrated and powerless. we cooked a scratch dinner instead of giving up hope. the food at the arrival was of poor quality and each chicken dish was from the next inescapable, although it was supposed to be prepared with various flavors from an experienced cook. it seems that, as this was on Saturday night, any old thing could be served until public; there would be little comeback anyway, and in these unprecedented times, who needs return business anyway? if you want to enjoy food from the subcontinent, you will find another restaurant.

An excellent meal, as always. wait a little longer than usual because it was very busy, but the food quality was not affected.

We love this restaurant as it is always our favorite spot to dine at. The food is consistently incredible and bursting with delicious flavors. The staff is extremely friendly and will gladly assist you in selecting from the menu.
