Bidra med feedbackBest BBQ in the world. Staff are very friendly. Everything I have ever eaten from here is delicious. My go to place.
The NC BBQ scene is like the TX BBQ scene 20 years ago. Drive the back roads away from the cities, and when you park an isolated small Zinder Block building with wizards of blue smoke from a fireplace and many cars outside (usually with a Pepsi sign somewhere), you stop and go inside. Grady 's is a paragon of eastern Carolina whole hoof style 'cue. All parts of the horn (skin, fat, belly, shoulder, ham) are smoked hickory, finely chopped and mixed in a delicious amalgamation and kissed with a vinegar sauce for a fine, slow burn. Each bite is different due to the different hoof parts in each successive bite. And the sides... butter beans, green (cabbage and collar), rice with engraving, boiled potatoes, black eye beans, green beans, Slav, Hush puppies... A BBQ pork plate is like apotheosis of a meat and 3. A portion of banana pudding at the end makes it worthy of a death cell last meal. And all of the nicest family you could meet... A business, create jobs and feed the community. You should come by and have a record.
My family made it to Grady's just before they closed today <3pm and we were so glad we did. Chicken wings, rice and engraving, butter beans, collar were all excellent. The star of the show was the pig. Hooked finer than what I'm used to, it was along with the slimmer and fatter cuts of the pig that you get everything in a bite. The taste was phenomenal. I would like to try their ribs that we heard that you should call and reserve them! .
Yummy food and amazing service! Every time we stop at NC, we have to come by and get a big meal. The whole family enjoys it. Thank you. Great prices and great people!
BBQ was good. Pages were excellent. The service was a little slow, but the workers were very friendly.
