Beecher Beverage Co Inc - Dubuque

I called first and all they did was answer to the phone by saying hello I saw on the site, it says they have four different types of this one brand of wine I was looking for and this guy then answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about. Maybe they should have an answer to the phone that even knows what they have, they are very poor if I could have given him a zero star.

Calls over the phone because we are very rude by Wisconsin and hanged on to a question without stopping the conversation. Completely disgusting customer service!?

Great place to go for all your booze and tobacco needs. The selection is awesome, some prices are higher than other stores but for the location, short in and out time and the employees are very nice and can help you find anything you in that store, quickly.

This ice cream is delicious. The cookie dough ice cream is my favorite with the strawberry cheesecake right behind with a waffle cone OF COURSE. There is always friendly staff working. Parking is a little tight and there isn't places to eat really. But the ice cream is delicious, don't pass them up!
