Bidra med feedbackExcellent flavored and good size. Broth is clear and no floating oil bubbles. The service was excellent and it was fast too. Love that it was quiet and I can actually hear the conversation I was having . No yelling, screaming or repeating myself.Definitely coming back!
Now this is best Pho spot in the Bay Area. Been open for 10+ years, it’s family owned. They take care of you! Pho is always fresh, seasoned just right.Kid-friendliness: Babies kids will love the pleasant atmosphere of Pho99. Very clean family friendly restaurant.
Unassuming mom and pops pho joint tucked away in an old small plaza, the place is very casual and decorated with plants but mostly the fake kind. We ordered A2 combo Pho and B1 bun bo hue special, the pho came first while the bun took significantly longer. While we did get bean sprouts, mint, and lime for garnish, neither of the soups came with cilantro, and the bun did not come with pigs blood (number 1 item in the ingredients list) nor was it served with any of its usual fixings such as cabbage which are super important complements to the dish! To make matters worse, both noodles came in uniformly short pieces instead of as the long noodles that they are suppose to be, as if the cooks broke the noodles before boiling! When I brought up the issues to the friendly server (the only not so awful part of the experience) he then finally confessed that they had ran out all the missing ingredients! Why were we not informed of this is what I cannot over look, the dishonesty of it is unforgivable! Had we known that upon ordering, we would have 100% picked different items or gone somewhere else altogether!-1 star for poor operational efficiency on not having the proper ingredients during early Saturday lunch-1 star for broken noodles-1 star for not being up front about missing key ingredients +1 star for the nice waiter who took the constructive criticism kindly and took off the bun off our checkWith so many great food options in the area, I highly doubt that I will ever revisit this place!
Came here on a Sunday evening, the place was empty so we got served quickly. There's a ton of tables and the place is very clean, except for not having soap and paper towels in the bathroom, which one of the staff said is coming in an order they placed soon... if I worked there I'd have run out and bought a roll of paper towels and pump soap from the dollar store or something... The staff is very nice and attentive! The food however... was a bit disappointing. I've been craving Banh Xeo and this place popped up so we decided to give it a try. We started off with fresh spring rolls which were good, pretty standard, and ordered a Banh Xeo and Shaking Beef for the main courses. My Banh xeo came with lettuce, cilantro and some pickled radish and carrots, but where's all the other green stuff??? Every other place I've ever been to serves it with a bunch of fresh leaves like perilla and basil and other stuff I can't recall, but that's what makes it so amazing! The stuffing inside was lacking too, but at least the crunch of it hit the spot. Shaking beef looked pretty but taste wasn't all that great, and I've never had it with thinly sliced meat like that so we didn't quite get what we had in mind. If we return it will be to try their pho.
Best pho restaurants in trivalley. The broths are very flavorful. They have great and tasty vegetarian options on their menu. The prices are very affordable compared to other Vietnamese restaurants around the neighborhood.
