80% of the time I come it's fantastic. Today was different. They were very helpful with my online order which I really appreciate. But my fries were not fresh, as they usually are. (I come to this one because they always give me hot fresh fries) and my fish sandwich didn't have any tartar, sometimes they forget the cheese but I'm not upset about that really but I'm sure someone else would be. I hope today was just a bad day because I really love my fresh fries from this location.

The morning drive-thru crew gets it done efficiently with a big smile. There is a particular woman that hands out the food with such enthusiasm and joy, I can't help but smile myself. I do not know her name. She is a true gem in your staff.
