Marriott Columbus Northwest - Dublin

I liked it. The front desk was great. The room was good. There was a nice area in the entryway for studying, eating, lounging etc. I'll sacrifice certain things (like free breakfast) in exchange for the right people around my family.

Would never stay here! I have been to many Marriotts. I travel all the time. I rarely have to cancel a reservation, but when our event is sick due that we were traveling for due to the person getting covid, it's terrible to still charge us either way. We were canceling over 24 hours in advanced. We didn't choose the no refund option for cheaper rates.Never had an issue before and the front desk lady was incredibly rude. That is not the way you speak to someone. Didn't even look up our reservation, she should not be working in hospitality.I'd highly recommend spending your money at one of the better hotels in the area.

Hotel appeared to be immaculate. We had group rates and don't know regular rate. Our rate was great. Food and drink were a little pricey, but lots of restaurants nearby. Had a great experience

Hotel was pretty lowkey and embarrassing for a couples get away for the room we had and price. As for the pool area... Sky lights leaked and we're missing drywall and paint, no hot tub, rooms were clean, but with no microwave and an sliding bathroom door so it has zero privacy... If you want to hear all bathroom activities then this will be for you. Some of the doors didn't lock at all for entrance to the building so free ways to get in. Staff was very nice though!!! I'm sure if this is a business trip you will have zero issues and a great outcome, but for a couples romantic get away. Or family trip... Save your money and go else where.Rooms: Very basic and unimpressive. No microwave and basic cable with not many selections. Sliding glass bathroom door is very strange.... Save your money and go else whereNearby activities: Everything is local and easy to get to!

The bed was comfortable. The check in and check out was easy and quick. The room was hot. Woke up at 1 am and the room was 77°. Turned the thermostat to 66° and the room never cooled. There wasn't soap in the bathroom to wash hands. Had to go to the front desk to get some. There wasn't any sheets for the pull-out bed. Had to go get those. There wasn't any creamer or coffee stirrers for the coffee pot and only one pod of coffee. Plus I noticed what appeared to mold in the shower the next morning. This was stay was a disappointment especially for the price. We will not stay at this location again.
