Jersey Mike's Subs - Dublin

The food was great, but the service was totally dry. The woman behind the counter I think was a manager has done a wonderful job. 2 other employees who were school children did their job. A child sweeped the dining area. The mgr had to tell him twice that he did a good job. The other boy who worked behind the tresor grill once stopped to make sure our sub was thoroughly cooked, then continue to talk to the friend while trying our subs that do not affect the time I received my sub. Not sure if Dublin has a mask mandate, but none of the employees wore masks, but that's not my problem. Also, we have there at 8 a.m. an hour before closure they were made of Italian/white bread, which is understandable because I should perhaps consider and understand that places are sometimes busy and run out of the camp. I've learned a very valuable lesson today and that's that the world doesn't turn around me and I shouldn't comment on things I don't understand. Total very good experience

Sandwich is good. They just need to make sure the bread is fresh soft.

I ordered a Steak sub giant size. Since I'm aIergic to dairy I told them don't put any cheese on it. When I got home I saw it had cheese on it, so I had to give it to my son to eat instead. They need to pay better attention because it's a good thing I looked first because I would of got sick eating it

Really bad experience today. You wait in line for 10 minutes to only be told there’s a 10 to 15 minute wait for Philly. One would think that their best and most popular sub (in my opinion) would have somebody hustling to cook the meat especially during lunch rush. I probably would have stayed had the employees showed just a bit of concern or a slither of customer service but they were terrible and slow. I just don’t think they cared about their customers.
