Dos Hermanos Bridge Park - Dublin

First off let me just say I LOVE Mexican food the challenge is that I have allergies. I often ask if accommodations can be made and most times am told “no.” Dos Hermanos said “yes!” and not only accommodated my allergies but made THE MOST OUTSTANDING MEXICAN dish I have had! Upon sharing my sensitivity, Javier said “Yes” and met the challenge making a customized dish that had every head turning. Cannot recommend this place enough not only because their food is freaking delicious, but because of the outstanding and accommodating service they provided! Thank you Javier and team for making my night and allowing me to enjoy Mexican food again! 5 stars!!!!Dietary restrictions: They were so understanding and accommodating!!! Thank you! Thank you!

Everything is soooooo delicious here! The chicken fajitas are to die for. Great, friendly, fast customer service too. A must-stop if you are at Bridge Park North Market!

Great stall in the food hall! Steak and barbacoa tacos were great. $6 felt a little pricey for the small amount of guac and chips side but tasty overall

I was in between 3 or 4 stars because I've had Dos Hermanos food before from their truck and was a bit disappointed this time.I ordered carnitas tacos with chips and salsa. The carnitas were dry and bland. They looked like they'd been sitting out a while and were almost hard. Sad! I was not happy about it and didn't finish my last taco. They at least were generous on the meat. I did ask for the tacos to come with the hot salsa and it was spicy! So good!The chips and salsa are the reason I'm giving them a 4 out of 5. It was good and you get a decent amount of chips. Doable to eat yourself or share with someone.I'll retry their food again but not sure when.

I love Mexican food and was really looking forward to eating at Dos Hermanos. I was really disappointed. The food was bland! No taste, no zing, the guacamole was runny. I won't be going back. The server was friendly but it doesn't make up for cardboard food.
