Large varieties of ice cream and they can ask to mix several aromes. different sizes to choose from and reasonable price and in the did budget friendly as congratulates. beautiful and friendly staff here.

Pretty disappointing experience here. We ordered a dog treat with the rest of our order. When we picked it up and looked in the bag, there was no treat. My husband went back in the store to ask and they said Oh, we don 't have that. Okay... I had to call the store and ask for a refund for the out of stock item. Not great, but it happens. Then, we open our ice cream and see the waffle bowls we added were not included. I did not want to call back or deal with this anymore, as I was already frustrated enough. They essentially robbed me of $3.48. Customers shouldn 't have to ask for a refund for an out of stock item.

Cold stone is my favorite ice cream place. Their cake batter flavor is my go to! It's cool to watch someone actually mix the mix ins into the ice cream. They also have an array of chocolate stuff (truffles, chocolate dipped apples, etc) that all looks delicious, although I've never tried them. Their cakes are delicious as well, although I ran into an issue when ordering a custom cake online once for some reason, the store didn't get the order to know to make it. Luckily they had a similar one already made, so I went with that one instead.

Great store, a better selection of goods such as Carmel apples and chocolates than the Gahanna store. The help could be more friendly such as greeting the customers when they walk in. Ice cream was well done and enjoyed by our grandkids.

I have always loved Coldstone. They are getting harder to find near home unfortunately. Friendly staff here and as usual, the ice cream was great!
