The food was okay, but unfortunately the portion was much too small (the wrap). The fact that it is self-service like in a cafeteria, where you have to get your own cutlery, type in your own order and make your own payment, is not okay given the prices. We won't be coming back. OK, so it's Nando's so you either order with a QR code or go to counter to order. I wouldn't have understood the various options had I ordered with QR code. Counter service was fine. Then you get all your cutlery and condiments yourself. Soft drinks are free, which is great. Food was good and portion was reasonable. Dessert took a long time to appear. Service was fine, but not even attempting to be friendly. You could be anywhere, which is fine if you want something predictable. Ambience only OK.
