Once you go The Ramen Bar, you never look back. Despite I've always thought of myself as a Ramen fan and also tried different places in Dublin, it's very difficult now to now order this delicious food at a different place than The Ramen Bar here. The food is delicious and even though the portions are huge, you just don't wanna stop until you finished your last sip of the broth and ate the last bite of the homemade ramen. The atmosphere is intimate and dark it leaves spaces for focusing on the food. Also the staff was very efficient, discreetly helpful and always had a smile on their face the price is also reasonable, especially as you get a free amuse bouche with it. I converted to becoming a regular customer of The Ramen Bar and can just highly recommend it (Tip: Try the Original).
The broth and toppings are good but the noodles are very starchy and not worth the price point in my opinion.
Follow sign for The Ramen Bar Sadly-the broth were a bit watered down torisio slightly better than their signature tonkatsu) and the noodles were a bit overcooked. Chicken kaarage was not terrible.Warm service
We had a great time in Kokoro. I had the chilli tofu ramen which was really delicious. The starters chicken karage is a must!! While the kimchi arancini was delicious, it didn’t have any kimchi taste, just cheesy. The place was really crowded, we didn’t really have any space to put our jackets or bags, and it was awkward to be so close with the next table. The seats weren’t comfortable either as we couldn’t really rest our legs. But overall I enjoyed my ramen and the atmosphere and the service was great!
