Urban Kitchen - Dublin

I visited this restaurant this evening with my family and was highly disappointed. We arrived at 6:30pm without a reservation and were told we would have to wait until 8:30pm for a table. After reminding the staff at 8:25pm, we were seated in a nearly empty restaurant with only a few tables occupied. Despite only ordering main courses and dessert, we waited an hour for our food to arrive. The portions were small and overpriced, and we were the last customers left in the restaurant by the time we finished. It took the lone waitress 20 minutes to clear our table, and we decided to forgo dessert due to the slow service. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

I recently visited this hotel for a 2-day conference and had a hard time finding it, eventually having to rely on a taxi for directions. The coffee during breaks was decent, but the lunch of soup and sandwiches was terrible. The soup was overly thick and stew-like, with no alternatives offered. The sandwiches weren't much better, with dry processed meats and no salad options. The food was so bad that I would never consider returning to this hotel. On a positive note, the two receptionists were helpful and friendly, but overall, my experience was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this place.

While I typically avoid buffet restaurants, I decided to give this one a try despite the crowded and noisy environment filled with children. I waited in line for a while but was served promptly. It was only 6:30 pm and the restaurant had just opened, so I should have waited until later to visit. I ordered the lasagna and vegetables, which I found to be delicious. I passed on the orange juice and instead went to the bar next door for a beer. I think next time, I will choose to eat at the bar instead as it was quieter and there were no children.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, and the service deserves a 5-star rating! From the starters to the main course and dessert, everything was flawless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the meal.

After being given the runaround by Justeat, Urban Kitchen's click and collect service came to the rescue with absolutely fabulous food. The chicken wings and kids meals were excellent, and the Lamb Shank was tender and flavorful. We have dined here before and will definitely be returning soon. 5 stars for both the service and the food!
