Silvios - Dublin

I ordered food tonight for home delivery and was given a 60 min eta. 1 hour 30 mins later no sign of food. I telephoned six times and no-one answered....... Why have a telephone number on your website and no-one answers. Disgraceful and frustrating. I had to get in my car and go to Silvios. The lady behind the counter said, oh, we are just getting to our order now...... I ordered at 7.45, this is now 8.30......hardly apologised just said it is just a sign of the times......... gave me the delivery fee back and said she would get to my order now. Took another ten minutes...... Gave me my food and apologised, disingenuously. I said you could have maybe given a compensation ie a free bottle of wine and said nothing. I thought that collecting the food it would be hot when I got it home, no, it was so cold and inedible. Will never, never frequent Silvios again.......

Ordered the chicken tenders and chips, the tenders were far from fresh and the chips were not fully cooked. The have dropped their standards and I won be back. This used to be a good chipper.

I am not complainng that you were closed on NYE. However my complaint is that I made an order online on your website and 35 MINUTES LATER was informed order had been cancelled. I then phoned and got and automated message saying place order on your webiste then it rang out. I then drove to to your premises and it was closed, Your webite stated you were open!!! Can you please in future update your webiste and phone message and not leave loyal customers like myself hanging around!!!

While I understand with the situation at the moment things are difficult- silvios should not be taking orders they cannot fulfill. I have been waiting 2.5 hours for a delivery. When I called they hung up on me 3 times. Once the lock down is over I will not be using them again. Shocking.

Really highly recommend Silvios Templeogue , no wonder they have won best take away in Dublin, quality of food is always tops
