I think the quality of food is not as good as years ago . Last time we asked for chop sticks and they didn't have it, a d didn't bother to come to tell us only we heard them talking at the counter, but may be they are hiring new staff. We have eaten in Siam many times and it was always great. However this time was not. The menu had changed and was quite limited. After waiting 45 minutes I had to ask a staff member to check on our order as we never waited that long before. I got a vegetable noodle dish and every vegetable was completely raw. I recently dined at Siam Thai and was thoroughly impressed with their delectable cuisine. The Pad Thai and Tom Yum was exceptional, and the apple cocktail and pork ribs were delightful. However, there were occasional delays in service as the waitstaff took their time attending to tables. Additionally, expanding delivery services to nearby areas would be a welcomed improvement.
