Awful curry . Meat was so dry it tasted like it was cooked yesterday and re heated . No nice sauce . Iceland do better for £3 . Avoid at all costs . Dreadful

On a cold and rainy winters night my friend and I enjoyed a tasty, high quality and delicious meal. Excellent service, warm and friendly ambience, it is also an ideal spot for a solo diner. We will definitely be back.

Where do I start! We (4 people) arrived at the restaurant at 9pm, we had booked for 8.45pm but had informed the staff an hour earlier of our late arrival. They confirmed this was not an issue and our table would be ready. The table was not ready and they hurriedly prepared a table rammed into a corner beside a large group of fellow diners. At best this table was only suitable for 3 people, this was evident later when a group of 3 took their place. We eventually got a table at 9.35pm , our order was taken and drinks and starters arrived promptly however we had to ask for our main course at 10.45. It arrived 10 mins later. The entire centre of the restaurant was occupied by a large group of app 12/14. For the entire time they were boisterous and sang loudly. It was more like bar behaviour than restaurant behaviour. We asked the staff at least twice to interject and control them, they told us there was little they could do and the loud banter continued. In summary; this restaurant which we have visited and enjoyed previously was in a state of disarray, service was poor, the main course was luke warm and the management's focus seems to be on turnover rather than customer service. We did get a free bottle of wine, however I would rather have paid and enjoyed the night. App 165€ for 4 starters and 4 main courses 1 bottle of Cobra, I have had better takeaway meals of a higher standard. We received no apology from the staff! We would not, as we have previously done, recommend this restaurant to anyone Bill Kennedy

Booked table at 630 to avail of early bird but not on offer that day. I assume this was because rugby match was on so they felt no need to do it to get people in. Long wait to take order for food. Food was very average and bland by Indian standards. 2 starters arrived and after 5 minutes had to prompt for the other one. Same happened with main course. Quality of food was okay but it lacks imagination. We all agreed that there are far better indian restaurants so won't go back. Pity as had good meal there c.10 years ago

I have been a regular here for many years and had always enjoyed the food. However, two recent incidents will mean I will never go back again! Two weeks ago two of us ordered the same main course, chicken shashlick, and another of our group ordered the lamb shashlick. He received his on the sizzling hot plate, but we also received a sizzling hot plate and were told it was for two. It wasn’t, as the plate and contents were no more than our friends dish. We were charged for the two chicken dishes. Tonight, my wife and I had a booking for dinner. When we arrived they didn’t have our booking and claimed that OpenTable (the booking app) regularly overbook. They refused to try to accommodate us so we had to leave I fed. They made NO effort to help us and were a bit rude to be honest. I won’t be back for sure. Disgraceful!
