My Moroccan friend brought me Says he comes here, regularly Meet Lea? Lee? I request my normal Macchiato My surprise... Here in ireland, Nearly 6 years, only 3 times, Do I get CREMMA, on my coffee(so much for barista training) I accuse young Lea, of being an absolute disgrace and I want to make a complaint. It is a very well made Macchiato, presented expertly and, with a glorious Smile. I thank my friend, Zacharia, for bringing me here. I especially THANK LEA, for her Dedication, her Expertise and her wonderfully Bubbly self. ... Thanks too, to the Manager, for finding this wonderful Young Lady!! I am Micheal Burnett in Cork, where there are lots of great Coffee Blenders/Roasters.
This is a great place to sit for a while and enjoy what I am pretty sure will be the best coffee you can get in Dublin. It is clear that the staff know and care a lot about what they do and enjoy providing great coffee to all who visit. On the day we visited we had another coffee shop marked out for later in the day, but following our first visit there was no way we we were going to miss out on a second visit here before returning to London.
Terrible customer service, the guy working there was a end bell and incredibly rude even before a covid pass mistake. Which in turn led him to seemingly take great pleasure in him wanting to eject us from the mundane, uncomfortable coffee shop that he ran or get paid to stand in being a wannabe hipster. Once the error was corrected, (I showed the wrong QR code) we drank our very average coffees on their wooden seats and left quickly. I called the guy a rude end to his colleague hoping he heard. He actually started being a bit more cordial after that. Speaks volumes. Go to a proper coffee shop. Not this wannabe hipster log cabin. I must have missed the entry code of only under 40’s as that was the impression I got from the service.
Bear Market sells phenomenal coffee, it’s house blend being a favourite of mine for years. A busy, cosy coffee shop located in Blackrock is situated on the Main Street. Covid having changed blackrock village for the better, Bear Market is busier than ever before. It operates a one way system through out. The coffee as I say if what the main event is. In pre covid times a nice touch would be to add the chocolate flakes on top of your coffee. The treat section does not lack in variety, the cookies being a favourite of mine. The seating situation in Bear is cosy. It has a neat outdoor area out the back of the shop, it seems only a few customers are aware of this. It have about 10 seat and is nice and quiet to have a chat. If full there is also the option to go for a lovely walk along the sea front
