Red Rooster - Dubbo

I thought I would give this ago and I was pleasantly suprised with the quality of the food. We ordered a family BBQ roast dinner which had a whole chicken, peas, roast veggies, drink and gravy. The meal was delicious and I took the left overs for lunch. Certainly worth a try.

I used the drive thru for their $5 Rippa deal and was pleasantly surprised. You can't swap the tiny little coke bottle for diet coke or anything else because they only make Coke in that small size but that's alright. The Rippa roll was good and Red Rooster make the best chips.

We absolutely wanted to eat at the Red Rooster during our long journey, and we regretted it. The service was very unfriendly, the fries were oversalted, the chicken tasted like a terrible filling, and the corn cobs were watery. Yuck...

I really enjoy eating at Red Rooster and would choose this tasty Australian fast food chain over any American **** any day. However, I was disappointed during my recent visit to the Dubbo location due to the poor customer service and lackluster atmosphere. Unfortunately, my dining experience was not enjoyable. On the bright side, I will continue to stop at the Lithgow Red Rooster on my way to Sydney because they provide excellent customer service.

This would be the slowest "Fast Food" in town, and possibly Australia. Every time I order via Drive Thru it takes forever to complete the order and then the chips are usually warm at best and taste reheated. The service from the attended is poor, no smile and mumbling her words. Oh and no "sorry for the long wait".
