Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill - Dubbo

This restaurant serves delicious food. We tried the burritos with pulled pork and chicken, served with rice, black beans, cheese, salad, optional guacamole and sour cream. One burrito is very filling, so be careful not to order too much. They also serve Mexican beers and authentic soft drinks. The service is efficient and the restaurant is clean with plenty of tables. We recommend trying their Habanero sauce if you like spicy food.

I usually love Mexican food, but I was let down by this restaurant. The food was lukewarm, the flavors were bland, and the portion size was small for the price. It seemed like they were catering to a more mainstream taste, which may explain the lack of authentic Mexican flavor.

Located in Orana Mall, this restaurant provided a welcome respite from the heat as we planned our next visit. Fortunately, they offered good beer and two arcade games for children to enjoy while I took a moment to relax. The music added to the ambiance, and we appreciated the free parking in front of the restaurant. The food was delicious and fresh, with affordable prices, clean surroundings, and tasteful decor. The restaurant closes at 6:30 pm on Mondays to Wednesdays and unfortunately does not offer wifi. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

We went here for Gluten free options as my son is coeliac. Friendly staff, unfortunately this is where it ends, I ordered a new menu item, half way through filling the plate they then inform me that they have run out of food to complete....I went along with it and filled the plate with an alternative. They offered a discount to compensate, I was then overcharged at the register because the manager and the staff member did not communicate my discount,then due to a new policy they couldn't refund the difference. I was offered a free dessert in leau of the refund. Not good enough, staff were constantly apologising, nervous and unorganised,food was cold and unappetising, I do not recommend, it's an overpriced food court meal not a family restaurant.
