Fairways Bistro - Dubbo

I went to this restaurant with a group of friends for dinner and we decided to share our dishes. The Chinese dishes were decent, but nothing special. However, the Thai dishes were terrible. For example, a massaman curry should be made with braised beef, coconut cream, onions, peanuts or cashews, tamarind, and potato. Instead, the dish I received was a mess of cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, capsicum, stir-fried beef, and a sauce that tasted more Chinese than Thai. The Pad Thai lacked traditional ingredients like Pad Thai noodles, lime, and was bland and dry. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, as you will likely leave feeling unhappy.

Don't judge a restaurant by the way it looks. When we first walked in we almost Walked out. It's not the best looking restaurant but oh my god it has the best Chinese cuisine. The food was hot, fresh, and extremely yummy. Every dish was full of flavour and was absolutely delicious. I would recommend to anyone wanting to have Chinese. They even do an Australian and Thai menu. The drinks at the bar are well priced with cans of coke only 3.50. Do yourself a favour and try this restaurant.

At the Dubbo golf course, this bistro has fresh and delicious food with great service! Close to the bar and other facilities and you can eat outside overlooking the golf course.

Staff are so nice, we tried the fresh crab with noodle, it was amazing, one of the best Chinese restaurant worth to try.

This restaurant serves quick and delicious Chinese cuisine. The kids can also play outside if they get restless. The food is top-notch and the service is excellent.
