Bidra med feedbackIt's an Italian-inspired restaurant with extensive gluten free offerings. Almost all entrees and mains were gluten free or available with gf pasta instead of wheat pasta. Only 2 of 6 or 7 desserts weren't gf. Service was a tiny bit slow but it was quite a busy Saturday night so understandable. The Arancini was super delicious. We also had the gf chicken pieces, gf truffle fries and the regular cheesy garlic pizza bread for entrees and all were delicious. The best main was fusilli boscaiola by far. Gnocchi was average and my risotto was nice. Tiramisu (not gf) was fantastic. There was also a decent selection of gf desserts and affogato available. All in all we were very impressed with the place.
Had a great experience here while visiting dubbo. I called the restaurant before going to check whether their gf options were ok for celiac and they told me that they could guarantee they could make pizza, pasta and entrees with gf bread 100% gluten free. They assured me they took allergies really seriously and even have a chef who is a celiac. Unfortunately their seperate fryer was broken so I couldn’t have any of the fried dishes, but normally they have a dedicated gf fryer : My partner and I shared two different pasta dishes and they substituted the regular pasta for gluten free and they were both incredible !! Would definitely recommend
I always comment that I am coeliac in my order notes, and I have never reacted to their food. Their gf pasta (especially the house made gnocchi) is delicious, and their gf sourdough pizzas (baked in a pizza oven, but on a baking sheet to avoid flour) are some of the best gf pizzas I’ve had. They also have some gf entrées, including truffle fries and buttermilk fried chicken from a dedicated fryer. I can’t speak for their alcoholic drinks, but they have a good range on the menu, and plenty of excellent nonalcoholic drinks, including some good mocktails. They typically have gf gelato too.
