Bidra med feedbackI was unhappy to pay $16.99 for a roast beef and turkey footlong sandwich at this restaurant. The owner was incredibly rude and loud. When I expressed my surprise at the price, she simply said "That's what you ordered!" But another worker later informed me that if I had ordered the BMT without ham, it would have been almost $7 cheaper. The rudeness of the owner was truly shocking.
I will never go to this restaurant again. The customer service was terrible. They overcharged me and the lady was argumentative when I asked a simple question. She should be fired. My meatball sub was also very cold. This will be my last time eating here.
I absolutely adore this subway location! I visit regularly and the staff are incredibly friendly and always eager to assist. The restaurant is always immaculately clean and the cookies are always freshly baked.
I TRIED TO LET IT SLIDE BUT I COULDN'T!! I visited this one on Sun 10/11/2020. Between 1&2. The 2 ladies in the front were not friendly at all. No Hi/Hello Greetings. The younger lady asked me did I want something. (I chuckled within bcz obviously, thatwas why I was there). I asked for the FRESHES ROLL. I feel in my heart that they had some FRESHER then the one she gave. Theolder Lady gave the younger lady the look as to not go get one. The older lady assisted my Sister (who was behind me). I heardher ask are you ready to order. She was Impatient. Not Friendly at all. The older lady was doing something in the back which Ifeel she should have stopped doing too assist the customers immediately. She didn't stopped and assist until two other ladiescame in and had stood there for a few. This Branch has room for improvement in Customer Service Skills.
Was there at 9:10 am confused of what time they open checked online they were and there was an employee Inside. Seen me and two other customers confused to why they were closed and just ignored us and kept doing what she was doing. Didn?t even signal atime frame just looked down. I waited for 15 min and got tired of waiting. If you?re busy that?s fine running a bit late that?sfine but when you start to ignore your customers because you?re late then that is horrible customer service. Lost my businessfor sure. Can?t go anywhere that has poor management to train their employees this way.
