Taco Bell - Dry Ridge

Staff are super friendly and accurate, the location is clean and in good repair inside and outside. The food looks good and tastes good. But this is the slowest Taco Bell ever. I was there a few days ago and waited 30 minutes when I got into the line to get my food. This extremely slow service has often happened, but management does not increase personnel. A year later service times are not better!

With the thru drive we had five people with five special orders. Drive thru participants was amazing. He has all our orders right, was friendly and he went beyond and beyond for us. I wish I could remember his name because he earned employees of the week, month and year.

Taco Bell has improved. My Tacos Supreme was delicious and fresh! Better drinks now, too.
