Subway - Drums

Exquisite Subway, always high volume which means always fresh. Friendly staff, great seating area. Prices are good, no issues here, would come back. Not a bad experience.

Given the other Subways in this town, this one was a welcomed surprise. Service was great! Mariah made my wrap and she was awesome!!! I?ve never seen someone do a wrap as skillfully as she did. I would definitely return to this location.

Must have new staff on the clock today. Ordered a Chicken bacon ranch, the bread was smashed flat and the employee either didn't hear me say it, or didn't understand, oh well. The bread and cheese were burnt coming out of the toaster, and both employees looking at it seemed hesitant on proceeding. (It looked like a disaster at this point) I mentioned out loud that it didn't look right, and nobody seemed to notice or care, can't really tell myself, but let's face it I've had a FUBAR'd day and I just couldn't care less. Even still, I myself would have started over from the smashed bread, or once I saw it was burnt. Oh well. May come back eventually, but not in a hurry to do so.

Everyone hard of hearing. Have to repeat order 3+ times for them to get it. Ordered chicken bacon Ranch and asked for it to be wrapped individually. It got wrapped as a whole instead, and when I get down the road and finally get my sandwich half unwrapped, the chicken is still frozen. Horrible experience.

I'm from Illinois I will never eat at the Subway or Pizza place you are the most rudest and laziest employees ever lied to me about making a pizza when you obviously open your getting paid for what. Thumbs down ????.
