Pizza Hut - Drummondville

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent - hot, delicious, and perfectly baked. We didn't have to wait long for our food, and the service was quick and efficient.

We ordered a large thin-crust pizza with all the toppings to go. Unfortunately, the pizza had a 2-inch bare crust around the edges, only about 6 very thin slices of pepperoni, and very few pieces of mushrooms and green pepper. It was disappointing to see it labeled as "all dressed" when it clearly was not. We paid $19.53 for it, which felt like a waste of money. If you're craving pizza, I would recommend going to Pizza Hut instead.

During our overnight stay on our way from Charlottetown, PE to Stratford, ON, we stopped at Hotel Motel Drummond in Drummondville. We were too tired to dine out (and we were traveling with a dog), so we decided to order online at 7:40 PM. To our surprise, the meal was delivered to our room before the estimated time of 8:05 PM - a bonus! For less than $30, we enjoyed a medium pizza with toppings on half of it, an order of cheese breadsticks, two dipping sauces, and a side Caesar salad. The pizza reminded us of the heavy, greasy pizzas from our childhood in the 90s, but this one was different - maybe because we didn't order the standard greasy pizza? The crust was well-done and delicious.

PLEASE makes you a great favor and continues to drive to this place. I don't even joke. My husband and I spent $35 on 2 pizzas to enjoy on the highway parking on the route to Ontario. I couldn't believe they even had the courage to serve us, rotten, veiled foods like them. The dough we ordered was a classic crust... what we got was rubber-like thin foul tasting and stinking disgusting dough. It was invalid from any similarity to any pizza dough we have ever seen or tasted NO crust or ascent and even the beats tasted like they were spoiled.... we thought they made a mistake and gave us thin crust.... NOT, it was not. If we were residents, I would have been back in a heartbeat to make a formal complaint to the health department and business management. We would have requested a refund. We both had pizzas in the garbage in the park... my husband broke before we even left the park to eat it. I moaned and moaned abdominal pain. I'll send my reception and complaint to the headquarters. Do yourself a favor... go somewhere else... elsewhere, and eat nothing from there... The place was empty of customers, now I know why.

1:45 minutes after ordering the order arrived incomplete. We requested that they send the missing items, 1:15 later nothong. We called and they said that the delivery man came and we did not answer the door. But I am sitting in a chair 5 feet...from the door. I requested that they send the delivery man to send me my money back on the missing items but they refused........ I stongly suggest not to order at this pizza hut in drummondviĺle, quebec. The supposed manager was very unpleasent. I can't believe it.
