Tim Hortons - Drumheller

Okay - this Tim Hortons offers the standard coffee and food options that are typical of the chain, but for fans of Tim's it is conveniently located near the highway to Calgary.

The staff at this Tim Hortons coffee shop can be hit or miss in terms of friendliness. It is a typical Tim Hortons that can often be quite crowded.

I was traveling with a 31-foot camper and decided to stop for coffee. Unfortunately, my "a cream coffee" had sugar in it and my double roasted bagel with cream cheese had barely half a teaspoon spread over the whole bagel, hardly noticeable. I couldn't just walk around and go back to fix it. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Restaurant follows the usual Covid guidelines to keep customers safe. always great service, consistent products and great hot coffee.

I had quite the hefty order, many drinks +lots of food while I can see they are extremely busy in the drive thru and the dine in. I had Ludwig (I apologize if I spelt that wrong) as my cashier and he was so clear...and thorough about my order , not to mention very kind in a busy stressful time ! He made my order up to perfection so fast, big thank you Ludwig !!
