Bidra med feedbackGeneral A business dinner was dedicated to us close to the customer to go dine in the Dresdner Umland. Researched on GG and found the country house Marsdorf. So called there and ordered a table for four people for lunch. Great surprise, we were told that was closed at noon. regret at our side, shame. No 5 minutes later the callback, which you will open for us four levies, because our company is not completely unknown there. I call that “to meet the customer”. The country house Marsdorf is located north of the Saxon capital, not far from BAB 13 and is therefore easy to reach. Parking is sufficient, in the courtyard there is a cozy beer garden. A pension/hotel operation is connected. The senior manager served us personally. Friendly, courteous, old school. Always striving for our good. We felt good at him. The food The appetizer we left, for this we chose three times the beef tongue with fresh asparagus and potato balls a ́15.70 € and once the carving in Viennese style also with potato balls and mushrooms a ́12.90 €. I think the prices are okay for these dishes. The menu was quite clear, the prices between 10 and 18 euros. During our conversation with the customers we heard the knocking noises from the kitchen, a little later also the grease in the pan frying. So the dishes have been freshly prepared. After a pleasant 30 minutes the food was served together. The Schnitzel hand plates are large, of which two pieces on the plate, the tongue cut slightly thin, three slices on the plate. In addition, sufficient fresh and bite-resistant asparagus, a little crushed butter, and for all a large bowl of potato balls on the table. The tongue is tender and tasty, but would have liked to be a slice more. The Schnitzel also butter soft and fresh. Overall there were no complaints at the food. After eating, we dispensed with a dessert, and instead ordered two Latte Macchiato a ́ 3,60 € and a Cappuccino a ́2,50 €. For us the coffee machine was thrown and the coffees were made. They were also completely okay. In total, we reacted with (alcohol-free) drinks €82.10. The ambience to be seen from outside as a typical farm inn at the local pass. All-round parking is available. The dining room in L-shape with theke in the middle of it seemed freshly renovated, nevertheless captivating the old wooden beam ceiling and the old windows, and so let the charm of past times come up again. Cleanliness The restaurant was clean, the toilets also fine and there is nothing to complain about. Result A few smears in the map but otherwise recommend overall. You're welcome.
Great landhotel with super nice operators. here will be fulfilled before you knew them. the hotel rooms are large and very clean. from the ground floor room you can enter directly the well maintained garden. the hotel is conveniently located in the northern dresdens. the old town, but also the elbsandstein mountains, moritzburg and even the spreewald are easily accessible. we have been the hotel for many years for short trips, but also for longer holidays and are always made by this lovingly cared oasis at the ranch of the big city. the breakfast is a dream and keeps something ready for everyone. but also in the evening we were always wonderfully pampered with culinary delights. we will not come back to ask the next date is already agreed.

If you like real German food, and not the ever present big hits but real nice good comfort food, this is the place. And the service is perfect, real German hospitality. You can not describe it, you feel like sitting in a German home eating...with the locals. In the summer you can eat outside and enjoy their food the beer and the rustling and comforting sound of a water in the Japanese herb garden. And the cook knows some things about herbs you normally would not see as food but taste heavenly.
