Ogura At Hilton Dresden

The best sushi I have eaten in Dresden. The atmosphere is fantastic.

Looking for good authentic Japanese food, I found my way to Ogura. This little restaurant at the Hilton Hotel surpassed what I had planned. The foods prepared by this village are themselves manufactured as they claim. The Gari and Wasabi had a different taste of typical sushi spots. The Wasabi had a stronger kick that did not linger, and the Gari was still crispy and tasted great. We ordered two menus 2's during the Happy Hour, and for the price I must say it's worth it, it's here. The sushi had a remarkable texture. The Tempoura sushi was still warm and completely fresh, while the Californian rolls did not contain cheese, but more fish, which I think tasted better than cheese. The interior design of the restaurant is cozy, and the waiting staff is vigilant and realize things. I enjoyed my experience in this restaurant and would like to find myself in Dresden the next time. All in all a great place to freshly prepared Japanese cuisine, for a price I see it is worth it.
